If a user wants to access the website fifty times, then she needs to obtain fifty separate credentials from the Issuer. A hacker can still steal these credentials, but they’ll also be limited to only a bounded number of website accesses. This approach is used by credentials like PrivacyPass, which is used by sites like CloudFlare.
